This is an awesome monitor arm

Great arm, but be careful with heavier monitors.

i have a 32" ASUS monitor and this arm makes it easy to move my monitor around all corners of my desk... and it feels solid.

Additionally, the arm only works when it's basically straight up which largely defeats the purpose of having it

Lastly, if your desk is along a wall and you want your monitor to be able to be pushed back flush against it, you will need to mount the arm offset of center, an issue plaguing all arms of this style

All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this arm, especially for the build quality to cost ratio, but inspect the arm you receive thoroughly to make sure it isn't pre-owned or an older model and be sure to understand its limitations.

Sad, because the arm seems to work well with great height

So, I'm giving back that lighter monitor to my room mate, and returning this one, to buy a better arm.

The arm I received had scuffs all over the base and arm and had a shiny black finish as opposed to the matte powder coated finish of the others and some of the hardware for the mount exhibited obvious signs of use

The best arm I already used.

Solid arm that is really easy to install

Giving only 1 star because a compressed pneumatic arm is very dangerous to open/unload.
