Cleanup is very easy with the roller assembly and drip pan removable

Lining the drip pan with aluminum foil helps with the dripping grease coming off the dogs

Clean up is easy, wash the drip pan and rollers, be sure to spin the rollers a bit to get to all sides

It has a heating element and drip pan below the rollers

the drip pan goes below the heating elements so grease can drip on them, but it seems to drip between them anyway

,it doesn't give you the flavor even close to professional machines ,my bad I should have known!!!!!

The cooker itself works fine, just be sure to allow at least 30-40 minutes cook time (after about a 3-5 minute warm up as recommended in the owner's manual)

It makes delicious hot dogs and is about as easy to clean as they get.*Roller Tray:Carefully insert the male hex pin on the left side of the rollers into the female hex gear on the left

It works just as good as when it was first bought

and I used it three times before the rollers would move a quarter of an inch and freeze as if seized then snap back the same quarter inch or so and do it over and over burning the dogs on one side

He has told me it is a good product and it works as it should.
