I was told by Mt Carmel East Columbus Ohio VPMA in the presence of Mt Carmel's Patient Safety Risk Manager and two witnesses that Dragon software makes errors in patient records that they can not correct because of software restrictions

I recommend using a headset as this frees up your hands to type and correct when Dragon makes an error, but to each their own (some use the mouse and dictation to correct errors with a Powermike, this works too).

In my opinion, the errors in the records could lead to serious adverse consequences to patients.
