It is the most accurate, by far, version of Dragon I have ever used.

All I know so far, is that some of the words I added and were using just fine for a while magically disappeared - ex: lurasidone, latuda, vilazidone, etc... - basically the newer medications that did not come with the base psych vocabulary.
