It updates on it's own and does not need you to stumble through menus and screens to update

In addition, the intercom function freezes regularly as does the video and audio call function

Alexa does not work well

The Nucleus does not support all of the Alexa features, but I was not expecting Alexa to be incorporated at all, so this is not a deal breaker for me.2
