I've found the nucleus to be very user friendly and full of great features.

My family really loves this contraption and we hope to expand it to other smart home features down the road.

The customer experience has been incredible starting with getting the product way before the Amazon listed availability date, beautiful packaging, super simple setup of the product, simple, slick and responsive user interface, great features, premium quality finish and ongoing interactive training of the customer with a new email every week or so highlighting a cool feature of the product

There is also a Do Not Disturb feature, if you prefer not to even receive notifications of attempted calls.**One thing we really like is the subtle "ring" of the incoming calls!

But that is one seriously trained circus pony, and I think its best feature is to "bridge the digital divide" and bring families together

I truly wish I had one back when my daughter was in school!I do personally love some features of the new Echo Show, but this does exactly what I really need, make communication with my husband a cinch when I am away from home, or even in the back yard.

A few points:1) creating our "family" was intuitive and quick.2) linking to mobile through the app is awesome, straightforward and very usable.3) the option to network with other families is a cool feature (think grandparents, aunts and uncles, cousins, family friends etc.)4) customer service is outstanding (i.e., i got an email from one of the management team upon registering.

While we didn't purchase Nucleus because of Alexa, it's an amazing bonus feature we use all the time

Another awesome feature The Nucleus has is the ability to use POE (power over Ethernet

I'm amazed at how often the software updates adding new awesome features

Initially, I thought that the Nucleus would provide additional, 'cool' features, above and beyond the capabilities of the Alex 'voice' devices.

Now that she is able to read and use a tablet, the feature isn't so important now that she can just ask her mom to Facetime people

Having Alexa in the room is a fabulous feature

This is a great feature for when the nucleus is placed in bedrooms or other rooms where you do not need people calling and speaking directly.

I can call their rooms easily, and I love the "privacy" feature so no worry about accidently calling them when they are getting dressed

It has a ton of potential, and I'm looking forward to seeing how it improves as they update the software

We bought three of these in November 2016 - never worked as they were supposed to so we used them twice and the third one is still in the box - they now have the echo show - would be worthwile to be able to trade them out...

I was SHOCKED as to how she calmed down within 5 seconds and a minute later went t back to bed all calmed down
