I want to love it and the idea and the functionality is just what i wanted, but its super unrealiable.

It needs more work to perfect this good idea!

This is a great idea for a product

The product is a good idea and the hardware appears to be "ok", just not well-executed as far as support or software/programming goes.

This product seemed like such a great idea and the units looked nice.

Love the idea of being "present" more often by simply calling and having an instant view of the situation.

I have not tried the grandparent device in another house because we do not have family in the same town, but it is a great idea so that my child does not need an iPhone at 7 years of age.

I initially bought this because I liked the idea that my kids can call me when ever they want and call their grandparents whenever they want esp if there's an Emergency or

The idea is superb - my husband was gravely ill yet absolutely freaked out the few times I ran errands despite leaving a sitter to watch over him

really liked the idea

So so product and good idea!

It has a ton of potential, and I'm looking forward to seeing how it improves as they update the software

We bought three of these in November 2016 - never worked as they were supposed to so we used them twice and the third one is still in the box - they now have the echo show - would be worthwile to be able to trade them out...

I was SHOCKED as to how she calmed down within 5 seconds and a minute later went t back to bed all calmed down
