I would say this review goes from 2 to 4 stars if they can just fix this very serious / critical issue with the Alexa service, without this fix I would say Alexa on this device is unusable...

The intercoms themselves now work fine, there were some early issues with them freezing and needing to be reset which has been cured by a firmware update (delivered automatically).

Even when reset, it doesnt correct the time issue

It's easy to use and my mother (severe memory and cognitive issues from a brain aneurysm) loves to use it.

This issue is a bigger problem for me than the first two negatives I list.

I have no issue with them working and they seem to be decent quality, but they don't feel STURDY.On the flip-side, the screen is very nice
