I'm knocking one star for the horrible design of the power plug

I knock one star for the following reasons:1

If I could give this crap 0 stars I would

It has a ton of potential, and I'm looking forward to seeing how it improves as they update the software

We bought three of these in November 2016 - never worked as they were supposed to so we used them twice and the third one is still in the box - they now have the echo show - would be worthwile to be able to trade them out...

I was SHOCKED as to how she calmed down within 5 seconds and a minute later went t back to bed all calmed down
