Internet connected cameras are ALWAYS a bad thing

Every thing in my house works well on wifi except the nucleus.

Everyone knows that face to face phone calls in this day and age are nothing new, between google hangouts, apple facetime, and skype to name a few, this has been done before, but the best thing I can say about nucleus is it just worked and it worked seemlessly.

We are a loud family to begin with; but things were becoming louder and louder with each passing day and the more tired we were, the angrier the barking became

I expected a little better quality in workmanship as this thing feels like a cheap plastic toy

I really like it, the only thing is it should be able to be charged up not just plugged up

These things suck, and that's being kind.

With me they have gained a customer for life & everyone I know will hear nothing but great things about the Nucleus product

Frankly, there are just too many steps to operating the more complex devices even when all things are working properly.

There is a period at the start of communication that things are jittery, latency, typical buzzwords

There is also a Do Not Disturb feature, if you prefer not to even receive notifications of attempted calls.**One thing we really like is the subtle "ring" of the incoming calls!

This thing is just trash.

Until things get worse, this is a great solution for us!

The only good thing i got out of this very frustrating and inconsistent product is the lesson to never invest in a start-up

The really cool thing is as a caller from a mobile device you can video call into any room in your house instantly and that is really what these things are great for, besides the intercom feature

I had no trouble getting an account, and aside from some annoyances with the security (which is actually a good thing - they do a pretty good job of combining security with ease of use, clearly the engineers on the software side were far ahead of the engineers on the hardware side of things) setup, things went

Bottom line, these things are not ready for prime time, in fact they're not even ready for beta, and they cost WAY too much for what you get

The best thing is that my 6 year old grand kids can now call me with the touch of a button...what could be better!!!

When you lose power, the thing stays off.

When I would call my folks on their land line and they would tell me things like: - I don't know where my iPad is, - its not turned on because I was not expecting your call, - i didn't hear it

I email him back with several suggestions for improvement including video quality and he informed me they will have an OTA update that will improve things

It doesn't support 5g which means even MORE devices fighting for supremacy on my 2.4ghz network AND video would be a great place to use the faster bandwidth of a 5g connection.3
