Good blender but sometimes takes some time to blend frozen fruit

This is the perfect instant blender for mixed drinks by far usually with a normal blender I'd spend about a minute blending the ice down to smoothie-ness but this thing does it within seconds and it makes the best smoothie

Terrible blender broke in a month we want a return !

This blender works wonderfully and I can now sip frozen berry yogurt in the morning.

the staff were really rude and basically told me that they were planning on calling me back as soon as they could and that it was my fault that the blender wasn't working because I usually blend for 1-2 minutes instead of the "recommended 30-second intervals"

Great blender and does what a NutriBullet does however there’s an issue with the gasket seal and always falls of the blade base that screws on mid-blend

Overall a really good blender, the only issue I had was the o-ring on the blade piece comes detached after every 4th blending or so and it is a pain to get back on without cutting up your fingers, as the blades are right

Unless you plan to use it for a very short time (1 minute approx every time) buy a more powerful blender.

I think I just have a faulty part though and the blender itself is great, just be a little cautious that it takes a long time to sort things out with their customer service if you have an issue
