The two included LED strips are not working properly

Not a huge issue though.-Pre-installed LED strip only had 3 working LEDs

Unfortunately the included LED strip can't sit on the same channel as NZXT's premium AER RGB fans, so you have to pick one or the other.

If you want to use other brands, then I would recommend getting the H500 and installing your own LED strips.

The quality of the product of NZXT never disappointed me

It looks stunning, the build quality is excellent, features are plentiful, and it was extremely easy to build in

This case cost a lot of money for something that has such a poor quality control
