The battery is a little smaller requiring a couple shims to make sure it doesn't move around or come loose, otherwise it is a perfect replacement battery for my bike.

It is a tad thinner, so you may have to be a little creative as to getting it tightly secured in the batter compartment, but that was pretty easy
