It is 20 inches long which makes it just the right size

Supportive foam and perfect size, feels pretty nice too.

I'm 5'6" and it's a perfect size for me, and I would imagine anyone else too.

The device is just the right size, and height, and has a traction system on the bottom that keeps it from sliding across the carpet, but that at the same time allows you to easily reposition it dragging it with you feet to a new position.

Is the perfect size for under the desk, not bulky at all.
