It does not punch 40 pages

In this review I assume you are looking for a 40+ (20 lb page) capacity 3 hole punch, and you are a prime member

This product is cheap and struggles to punch 25 pages

Not a wimpy 8 page puncher, this is great.

I did not expect much at this price, but this thing works great and punches holes through my 35 page manuals like butter.

I punched over 6000 pages with no problems.

Just remember to make sure the paper size selector at the bottom is set to the correct page length before punching (11 inches for standard paper).

I would punch 25 pages and insert them into a binder while the next 25 pages were printing.

I soon discovered that stack after stack didn't line up right in the binder because the guide it not fixed in place and was moving around a lot while I punched the pages

Not one of those cheapy little pressed metal ones that faint when need to punch more than one page.

I chose this particular hole punch as I could punch multiple sheets at one time.

Worked exactly as I expected...would buy it again but I won't need to....it is going to last
