Otherwise, the buttons work fine
-
Some people have said that they disliked the shoulder buttons on this model, but as a person who owned a gamecube through the whole life cycle i can honestly say i don't feel a difference

It's heavy, feels authentic, vibrates, long cord, the buttons are nice and the

Just about any third-party controller, one which doesn't have "Nintendo Gamecube" printed above the start button, is garbage which will fall apart in a matter of months, and annoy you with sticky buttons, weak trigger button springs, and input lag until it does so

controller has three big flaws:the DPAD:just...suxx,weird to press and kinda unresponsivethe Z button:so terrible to press that hurt your finger
-
The cord is a good length and the buttons are nice and responsive, as I would expect from an official controller (I tend to shy away from buying third-party controllers).

The controller is responsive, has a pretty nice texture, sorta matte like (i believe that's what it's called), and the buttons aren't mushy
