The cheap plastic where it attaches to the watch has VERY little durability.

Seems sturdy enough at connection points, though I wouldn't trust the plastic 100% and the fabric frays little tiny clear strings that drive me nuts.

Love the colors, just disappointing that it broke the plastic that holds together the band definitely not worth the money!!

Can be worn on the upper arm while working out as it has great stretch.
