Olaplex is the best product I've ever used for repairing my fragile hair, and I have tried a lot of products.

I recommend using after you wash you hair (no conditioner), towel dry your hair and leave on for 10-30 minutes.

It’s softer, not as dry and way less breakage…only been using for about a month.

My methods are:If using Olaplex 0+number 3, I will apply the 0 to clean and dry hair, wait for 10-15 minutes and then apply the number 3 right on top
