    (Old Model) Seagate 1TB Desktop HDD SATA 6Gb/s 64MB Cache 3.5-Inch Internal Bare Drive (ST1000DM003)

    • The disks stopped working to fast

    • First disk died after three years of operation and the 2nd drive failed 5 months later.

    • Running ChkDsk /r gives me "Insufficient disk space to fix the USN Journal $J data stream".
    • Windows - HOWEVER, I was still able to slowly image copy the entire bad disk to this new one - all the data 100% in tact!

    • Date of manufacture for the disk is 2012 which means that the drive is pretty old and it is out of warranty (checked it on Seagate website).Simply, consider other (preferable newer) disk drives instead of this one.
