    (Old Model) Seagate 1TB Desktop HDD SATA 6Gb/s 64MB Cache 3.5-Inch Internal Bare Drive (ST1000DM003)

    • No complaints here as long as it proves to be a reliable HDD in the future as well.

    • Worked perfectly as secondary hdd, If you are going to use this hdd as your main hard drive, ensure that you have a motherboard and correct version of windows that can utilize more than 2TB.
    • Fortunately, my HDD only had games from Steam and Origin on it when it failed so I can just redownload those whenever I get a new one

    • Yes, this CAN be mounted in an external housing, just make sure that the housing can support 3TB+ HDD
