Olympus OM-D E-M10 Mark II Mirrorless Digital Camera with 14-42mm EZ Lens (Silver)

    • Approximately 8 months ago I purchased an Olympus PEN-Lite E-PL6 m43 camera and was really surprised by the compact size, manual control and image quality.
    • It is touch screen and the Super Control Panel works like a charm
    • I mostly shoot in Manual Mode, so the dual controls for shutter speed and aperture (also, programmable) are perfect and fast to use and get used to.
    • Photos of my reef aquarium (under LED lighting that tends to be hard to photograph) - LED lights tend to show very blue on cameras, so having good control over white balance makes it that much easier
    • Oh, by the way, there is one thing I absolutely love about the camera and can't live without it is the super control panel
    • This OM-D E-M10 II has a "focus peaking" feature that allows great crisp manual focus control.
    • My digital camera equipment was not up to the standards of my film cameras and I have always longed to get back to having a camera that allowed me greater control over the image captured
    • Hard to learn for beginners; confusing controls
    • Olympus has what they refer to as a super control panel, and it allows you to change most things most used via that onscreen
