My yoga teacher uses something very similar and these cymbals are excellent for the price.

The cymbals themselves are wonderful, but I went out of my way, while scrolling through tingshas on Amazon, to find one that did not use a leather cord to bind the two cymbals together

Everybody perceives sound differently, so you may like these cymbals, but I'm going to shop again and see if I can find some with a deeper tone.
