On Stage Foam Ball-Type Mic Windscreen, Black

    • Took forever to stretch over it without ripping it, but it works great instead of using a clunky pop filter
    • Very good cheap pop filter/ wind
    • keeps down the popping and hissing when dictating into it, and definitely kills ambient wind and noise to leave a clearer, crisper sound.
    • Good pop screen for the Zoom H1
    • If you will be outside then get something more like a deadcat for better wind protection, but for indoors as a pop filter this works great.
    • Not as good as a POP filter but good
    • Pop filter that works very poorly
    • What can I say, this is a great way to preserve your mic and to keep out unwanted pops.
    • Have used these in the past, and ordered another half-dozen as they are the least expensive "pop" suppressors available
    • An inexpensive solution to the age-old problem of those annoying pops and clicks when getting up close and personal with the mic during a show
    • While it's not as good as a pop filter, it's adequate for my purposes
    • Have used these in the past, and ordered another half-dozen as they are the least expensive "pop" suppressors available
    • I think this also protects against wind noise just as well as a pop screen I had been using
    • It cuts down the pops but at the same time protect the mic from the saliva as we speak
    • Effective at suppressing pops.
    • Quality cheap pop filter
    • Fits on my microphone snugly, and reduces the pops and hisses very well
    • Prevents spit from destroying the internals of your microphone and eliminates any 'pop' sounds and loud, high-pitched 'S' noises people tend to make when speaking (for instance, the word "taste")
    • Better than wasting money on a unnecessary pop filter.
    • But hopefully this will cut down all my loud P-pops!
    • This works well for recording with the CAD U1 Mic, fits well, and filters out the pops well.
    • and it does what I wanted, which is to reduce popping and hissing noises and protect the mics a little bit.
    • Reduced popping noise perfectly.
    • Works fine, no popping P's !
    • I didn't notice any muffling of the sound, and it also does a great job at reducing those harsh "t" "p" "b" words
    • But hopefully this will cut down all my loud P-pops!
    • I noticed that when I speak directly into it, my "P's" still pop a bit, but when I talk just a little less directly into it, no problem
