Good sound, nice battery life and the low battery warning doesn't come on when there is still a lot of juice left in, which was a problem I had with the old headphones (and it would just keep repeating).

but as far as everything else, there is no static, tha foundation is good in reference to the ear buds staying in place during physical activities, definitely sweat proof, battery life is good and doesnt take long to charge
