Product still works and everything was

Direct TV remote is a pain but simply love the product

But without sound and apparently no one to help with that issue I can't recommend this product.

Very pleased once I setup and tuned the speakers it sounded awesome good product for a fair price....

I would definitely recommend this product to a friend.

If your support team can't be bothered to explain why my brand new product doesn't work with other high end well know products that they are literally designed to work with, then I do not feel confident enough that if your product breaks and I need warranty help, that you will actually help
