The product was scrunched up tight in a tiny roll and so therefore way out of proper shape

No issues with it filling out once out of the package, and no issue with it keeping its shape.

It never took shape and functionally, it doesn’t work due to all the loose fabric.

Mine needed a day or so to reach it's shape but worth the wait

When the product first came out of the box I was worried it wouldn’t get to the proper shape

Product would not expand to the correct shape

all rolled up in a small long box and was very deflated and odd shaped to the point of being useless

Arrived so wrapped up like a ball that it is impossible to completely get rid of the wrinkles and to recover it’s shape due to compression and distortion (NOT a shipping issue).

Just like other reviews the pillow arrived compressed and once opened never took shape

I left it open for 24 hrs to see if it would take shape, but got nothing workable, I put it in the dryer as the manufacturer recommended to "fluff" it up but still never took proper shape

However I followed the instructions of putting it in the dryer with a damp cloth and it took proper shape.

but it was disconcerting to have it arrive scrunched up & have to wait days for it to conforn to a usable shape.

This Ontel pillow ships shrink wrapped and does not return to a solid shape when unpacked and is very wrinkly

Once I got it into the correct shape to hold my iPad it was a wrinkled mess everywhere

This was a gift and receiver was gracious despite the weird shape and loose fitting cover.

I followed the instructions and poof the Pillow Pad was the correct shape and size
