Now with new firmware all those issues are now passe and the unit works excellent

I read online that it was an issue that should be resolved with the firmware upgrade, which I would have done immediately but the unit failed to download anything when I plugged in the wireless dongle, even though my router is only 15 feet away in the same room, elevated to about 4 feet.

I should also point out that this issue has never been a problem as far as DVDs are concerned

Technology is moving too fast and the manufacturers are not addressing these compatibility issues well enough.

I contacted support and got a polite but short e-mail back instructing me to update to the latest firmware and wait for the next one
