Blu-Ray load times are quick, the menu system and setup are straight forward and the defaults work great, so out of the box you’re going to get a great picture and sound

others have pointed out, the best picture and sound can be found on the UDP-203.I started purchasing Oppo units 10 years ago because of their fast loading and start times

The sound from a quality music source is simply amazing

In addition in streaming from Netflix I also get no message but loose sound altogether, but this is fixable by moving the volume up or down to restore audio function, which may be unrelated as this began right away after purchase.
