The synergy is fantastic between the Technics SL Q3 and the Ortofon Omega

Now it is my firm belief that the Omega cannot be significantly bettered by the OM5E, M97xE or any other product both past or present for less than $100.00 Some expensive moving coils will definitely beat it and the Shure

I would recommend the Omega for anyone who has a headshell and is looking for something different, and if set up correctly I believe this needle will perform admirably and handle anything you can play (save for a 78).
