Was skeptical when I bought this but sooooo glad I did - no more fighting the manual openers, this thing has been awesome (don’t forget to cut the foil, a cutter is included in the base of this unit).

And the thing broke after about 5 uses and now doesn't even unscrew the cork from the corkscrew after you've removed it from the bottle

When I place the device over the top of the wine bottle it seems difficult to locate the center and when turned on to start it is slow and when the screw reaches its depth it seems as if the battery is almost dead

If you have a choice between this one and one with replaceable batteries, choose this one.

Rechargeable batteries go out and too many off center corks burn out the motors
