Everything was included for perfect preparation to ensure the screen is free of contaminants that could mess up the installation

The installation was very simple however both of the ones I ordered cracked from normal use like puttiing in pockets and purses

installation was easy but even with using the tray it cut off the very very top of the screen

Within the first few hours the top right corner of the protector started lifting

The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the adhesive is not very strong or there was not a lot of adhesive on the top left and right corners

A week later, and both top corners were 'clicking', as well as leaking dust under the protector

However, the top right corner had adhesive problems since day 1 and would make a little clicking noise everytime you pressed that area, which led me to believe that it wasn't sticking properly (even after repeated attempts to get it to stick via pressing down on it and holding it for a bit)

This case cracked after 2 weeks, and then continued to crack for 4 weeks after

With Samsung's new curve edge, it has been really difficult to find a tempered glass screen protector that sticks, that is case friendly and actually works

I previously had a tempered glass screen protector that wasn't case friendly so When searching, I came across this one

I've had a couple mishaps where I dropped my phone and shattered a case, and broke another with change making a nick in the edge of the glass and causing cracks.

Most case friendly glass screen protector would fit small and leaves a small gap along all four edges

This protector saved my screen when my phone fell out of my pocket.

Loved everything about this protector except it only lasted about a week before cracking about halfway up on the side spreading about an inch

I simply contacted OTAO when my first protector broke with my amazon order number and phone number and they immediately sent me out a free replacement one

What was unexpected was the card included that informed me that if it cracked or didn't work in any way, that I could get a replacement by emailing them pictures and my order number

I dropped my phone a few days ago, a really bad high drop that I thought my screen and screen protector were going to be destroyed but only the screen protector cracked just a little, still tightly attached to my phone and completely protected my screen

I do expect a Glass Screen Protector to break when dropped.
