rubber cover is nice,but difficult to get in and out of pockets.should have gotten hard cover.

What is the point of spending all this money on a protective cover if a) your $800 phone still breaks and b) they don't stand behind their product?

The cover works well.

This was the only downside, but probably a reflection of the quality (the imitation product had a flimsy outer covering that was much thinner than the genuine product)

Good case quality all the one snap does not connect or fit properly causing a little gap in the top cover you have to really press hard to get the touchscreen to work and can you print ID work only for a little while, you must remove the little hoe then works with no problem there altogether great product for the price

I still kept it and just cut out the clear plastic screen cover and installed my own screen protector right on the phone

Every few months I'd recommend taking off the cover and cleaning the screen because dust and particles tend to sneak beneath the cover.

Our 10 month old consistently plays with my phone and drops/chews/slobbers etc, but the cover has held up really well.
