Hard to open, and directions are very unclear

The directions on how to use the otter box were terrible

I will say that the "directions" for actually opening the case to put the phone in are worthless

It may be bulky but definitely works :D

n’t say this is 100% Otterbox’s fault, as they can only work with what Apple gives them, but I can appreciate that Otterbox attempted to make things right after my first review, showing that their stellar customer service has not changed over the years.
