Disappointing....the plastic screen did not fit tight against our iPhone 6s...tried using it for a week...had to remove the plastic like other reviewers.

It comes with a really robust rubberized-plastic exterior, plus another hefty piece that you can stick the case onto, and then clip that hefty piece onto your belt

I give it a 4 on durability because the plastic over the home button tends to break down with extensive use and the silicone backing may become loose.

The case looks good, but the clear plastic on the front is not flat on the screen

When I opened this one (the exact same as my current one) I noticed the plastic felt cheaper and it didn't fit snugly on the phone

Hopefully Otterbox will change this going forward and use more rigid plastic.

The clear plastic screen protector's adhesive is coming off and dust and other exterior materials are getting in between my screen and the screen protector, which in actuality are causing more problems by scratching my screen

plastic pieces don't match up, exposing sharp edges on the hard plastic. returned asap

The clip-on hard plastic holster also seems a little tougher than the previous version; the old one had to be replaced several times because the clip snagged something & cracked off, while the current holster has snagged a few times (mainly in the seat belt when I exit my car) and the worst that's happened was it popped off my belt once without any damage

The smell though...it's got this awful revolting plastic smell that still hasn't gone

I have had two of the defenders for my 5 phone one of the clear plastic screen protector became so scratched that it was had to see the phone

Been almost a year and the case is still working as it should

n’t say this is 100% Otterbox’s fault, as they can only work with what Apple gives them, but I can appreciate that Otterbox attempted to make things right after my first review, showing that their stellar customer service has not changed over the years.
