I scratched the screen cover, called otter box, and they sent me a new one ASAP

The hard plastic fits well as expected but the outer soft cover has a very sloppy fit.

It is basically a hard cover that layers the whole phone (including the screen) that is then covered by an additional silicone like cover

It allows a LOT of dust and dirt to get behind the front protective covering.

I am recommending an opening with a cover jist like the charging and jack port for case immediate ccess to the sim tray is because it is extremely annoying having to always take the case off to gain access to it.
