The new case works perfectly (just like every other Otterbox case I've had), but it was a frustrating experience and discouraging to have to pay more to replace what was clearly a defective product initially.

This seems to be a good solid Otterbox product, but for me the bulk and awkwardness of this case wasn't worth the benefits and after an hour I decided that it wasn't the case for me

Needless to say I was disappointed, and no, I would not recommend this product to a friend.
