I have had the defender series since the Utc Evo 4g came out

While I love the Defender Series from OtterBox, I was very disappointed in this item

With the exception of ONE thing: the built in screen protector on the Defender series

But given the investment, I went with the best, OtterBox Defender series

All my iphones have been in defender series cases

, the have very high quality cases from slim, less protection to this one, Defender series

It is on the bigger side (as defender series is)

It is screenless and that might surprise some of you OtterBox users who interpret the Defender Series to offer complete all around protection, but then the new impact resistant glass screen savers have all but done away with that necessity, because they're so rugged themselves and with the edge to edge screen on the iPhone

I’ve owned the Defender Series Otterboxes for multiple iPhones in the past and they’ve been all the way around fantastic

The defender series used to come with a protective screen cover over the front of the phone and now they don’t.

Only disappointment that regardless if the iPhone X needed a screen protector or not, it should still be provided for the defender series

At first I was disappointed because there was no screen protector like on the previous Defender Series but the iPhone X doesn’t need a screen protector!
