I have had otterbox on all my past phones and this is a complete fail, these people should be ashamed of themselves.

I don't have all the issues with the button controls that other people are complaining about.

Other-Several people complain about the button membrane messing up fingerprint recognition.

Some people are complaining about the design of this case, which really just makes me scratches my head

Many people complain about the outer case stretching but with proper care mine has lasted years with only small cases of this on the charger cover, thats with daily use and nightly charging

Ive seen many reviews for Otterbox cases where people have had issues with pressing buttons and recently with the thumbprint sensor

But, like other people have said, the really easy solution is to just take the case off your phone and pick at the thing with your nail until it peels off

Therefore, I just order another O B defender for my wife's phone
