The phone is well-enough protected, and I can get into it without having to type my password all the time
Essentially, if I'm going to have a rugged case on my 7plus, I'd rather have a Lifepruf Nüde since it makes the phone waterproof, about as well protected from impacts and eliminates the Defender's built in screen protector
I'm digging the new, sleek design and know that it's well protected.

I have always purchased the defender series and even dropped my iPhone 6 in a half full 55 gallon barrel
I only gave 4 stars on the Defender series as I feel the rubber cover is a little too thick for a non-waterproof case
By comparison to the Defender series on my iPhone 5s this one is pretty sub standard.

My case came in a little damage from the inside of the case where you open it, but it protects my phone
I already loved this brand because one of my previous phones (iPhone 4) got run over by a large SUV, and while the case broke, the phone stayed safe inside.
Already dropped my phone a couple times and the case has protected it.
This case does add a bit of weight and size to my phone, but after dropping my phone twice in 6 months and shattering the screen, I'm fine with a bit of bulk if it protects my phone
I would totally recommend for anyone to get yourself one of these if you want to keep your phone safe

I poured the water off of the phone and told the person I'd call them right back from my landline before shutting it off, ripping the case off to let the phone dry out
I have tried purchasing a cheaper case and they always FAIL
Awesome my job is mechanical engineering and this case is extremely good for my purposes,
With the screen protector removed, I would say this could be the best case ever.
Other than that, there wasn't much that made this a bad case.
