We are only replacing because its dirty from the years of hard use and hard to see the phone screen

This is annoying when using with one hand or needing to work quickly

The product does not withstand normal use and has literally fall apart in just over 18 months.

This is my second OtterBox- after several years of hard use the flaps over the mute switch and headphone jack finally wore out, so when I upgraded to a new phone I got a replacement

I feel very confident using this case that my phone will be protected from any falls

My origional otter box was beat after 2 years of hard use and many saves

I know a number of people with these cases, and no one uses or trusts the belt clip

After a year of rough use, the screen protector portion has a few scratches, but is still ok for me.

I have no complaints about the protective quality, however with light use, and after only a month the plastic piece that runs above the charge plugin has already busted.

This is the most protective case I have ever used

I can no longer use my iPhone 5 on my existing "old" audio cable in my car, with my alarm clock, or other uses

After a couple years of hard use, the Otterbox Defender case for my iPhone 7 developed a crack at the bottom edge
