First time out, one of the links on the chains the secure the pole pins broke while taking it out of the box

I've used these stands just once, the second time I got ready to use them the hex nuts used to stabilize the tripod legs to the main pole were missing

Also, the protective caps on top pop out almost every time when removing the speaker

Sturdy enough for our needs and with care will last a long time
