only negatives are the ring tones (not crazy about the ones provided) and the sound is very too faint, even at full volume.

It has excellent sound reception, its oversized keys that make dialing easier, it does not have to be recharged frequently, and finally, the verbal announcement of who's calling works with great clarity.

The sounds are good, the menu easy to follow, the volume key convenient, but MOST OF ALL the ability to block 250 callers compared to my old phone with 20 maximum, long ago used up.
