Absolutely poor customer support, upgrades that will kill the "blu ray" in you Blu Ray player, and forums that just offer apologies.

There are better blue ray players for the price.

I've had this DVD player for a couple of months, and it's a good Blu-Ray player, but the internet applications leave allot to be desired.

I would definately recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable Blu Ray player with streaming/wifi.

Otherwise, this is a very good blu-ray player with decent apps built in for the price.
