Some say the tray is easy broken - but we've had no issue.

How ever as others have said the tray is pretty flimsy.

it didn’t work, nothing but freeze frame and pixilated picture, then I moved the player a little, opened/closed tray and it played, but sounded like it was going to tear

Sound is perfect, but one star down because the tray seems fragile and not as user friendly as previous players.

Unit is not working as of now ........

I will return this piece of junk as fast as I can.

Works as it should.
