Major complaint is the very customer unfriendly packaging—was afraid I was going to damage the wires with the sharp knives and scissors I use to dissect the package, using my teeth to press the last bid from its plastic encasement.

However, while the headphones are great, be prepared to spend time trying to open the retail, clear plastic packaging.

I haven't even listened to them yet, but already hate them as much as the infernal packaging appears to hate me.

these are good and they came with replacements for the earbuds and well packaged.

Forst off they come in that heinous totally sealed stiff thick plastic packaging

Even the strain of pulling them out of the excessive packaging risks a short.

The plastic ear pieces popped open exposing the internal wiring the first day I opened up the package, but I had already missed the return window so was stuck with them.

These have the same good quality (packaging and sound) as my previous pair that I've had for years

Now are analog-record real, the bass has a fat tuba sound and Mick's voice sounds as clear as if he was singing in an isolation booth

I used them for hours at a time at work (about 40 each week), as well as at home for gaming (might as well tack on at least another 40 each week), until I blew 1 speaker out in each of my old pairs, a different side each time

I bought a pair back in 2015 and today in 2019 they still work as well as it did the day I took them out of the packaging
