First issue I am having is when speaking on the phone there is terrible background noise

Both the microphone and speaker delivery good, crisp clear sound without distortion or background noise

The first phone I received developed a loud, intermittent, background noise on line 2 after a few weeks

I purchased this phone to attend work calls at home as well as for personal use

I would not recommend this system to anyone, and I hope those of you who have to deal with Panasonic’s support staff end up having better luck with
