Can anyone make a phone that actually has excellent voice clarity without a bunch of background noise anymore?

Keeps dropping calls, bad echo and screetching background noise

, this phone has a horrible range, this phone does not have a very loud speaker nor does it help with the background noise

and I can see the caller ID so well that I don't answer when I don't recognize the number.
