2 units work well, while 1 does not work at all

Great unit.

I thought I had a bad unit so Amazon quickly replaced it

Perhaps the seller sent me a really bad unit that was not quality checked

nice unit, base message volume could be louder

So...we returned it for an exchange thinking we had a defective unit.

Will buy another brand because the unit is worthless.
