The phone works pretty much as expected, except that after ~ six months of using the phone, the LCD screen of the main phone is starting to lose lines.

The display is now missing a vertical line and a horizontal line, creating an annoying blank "cross" in the image.

Display of 1st handset lost pixels in display (just 1 line across the screen) after just a couple of months of use, but was promptly replaced by Panasonic under warranty, but over the following months the sound quality has diminished on both handsets & the base.

This phone has significantly longer battery life (in remote handsets) than my previous (older) ATT EPS962 and does a great job suppressing line hiss.
