I was surprised at how well it did - wonderful, impressive pictures and great low-light video with good sound.

Video of Moving Objects: VERY POOR.

Add the very good video, the variety of in camera processing, RAW images, innovative burst shooting, and a Pre-focus or pre-shutter feature that I couldn't figure out in time to take pictures of whales on my first week with the thing,

Overall, this camera functions well, takes good images, great videos, and meets all the requirements that I was looking for.

I'd just as well buy a new camera.
